Wisdom Capital provides hard money to real estate speculators. We then offer investors access to these asset-backed loans as fractional notes, meaning you can participate in portions of the mortgage(s) or have the option of investing in the entire portfolio.
Our borrowers make monthly, interest-only payments on their loans. Our investors receive a portion of each loan payment for which they are invested. Best of all, investors have access to a real-time dashboard to see how their investments are performing and pull up statistics on their portfolio.
Generally, most of our loans are fully paid back in 12 months or less. It is Wisdom’s responsibility to take care of all servicing and, if needed, foreclosure. Don’t worry, remember, the investments are always backed by real assets. Once the loan is repaid, funds are transferred into the investor account from where monies can be withdrawn or reinvested to keep earning returns.
